Leaders – “multidimensional incarnation analysis”
Individuals who are apt as prospects for leading positions in countries must be scrutinized and undergo something called an ”multidimensional incarnation analysis”. This is an absolute prerequisite for getting the right person in the right place, in leading positions.
The analysis provides detailed information about what the individual has dealt with during the most recent incarnations, between incarnations and parallel to these – what qualities are possessed. An evolved soul has expanded its consciousness immensely more than a human being who is a beginner in the human realm. A beginner in the human realm can keep one person going with consciousness, while a person fit for leadership positions can keep going several people in different universes (dimensions) and have experience gained over many thousands of millions of years of expansion of their consciousness, i.e. increased spin in consciousness. In these cases there is much more consciousness behind the scenes than the normal individual is aware of. These highly advanced individuals will step into the scene and assume the positions for which they are suited – for which they have been trained for millions of years. Their immense knowledge now comes to their aid again, as their ”barriers” release, as their multidimensional conscious flow is restored.
The multidimensional incarnation analysis is carried out by the Earth’s Cosmic Council, which handles all higher development of and on the planet. They also handle outward communications in Earth’s involvement with the Galactic Council. The Earthly Cosmic Council has representatives on Earth as intermediaries for their knowledge and information. The Earthly Cosmic Council approves all individuals in the National Council(s). That the guidelines of the Earthly Cosmic Council are followed on the planet is crucial if our stay on earth is to be comfortable.
For several hundred years, the Earthly Cosmic Council has not been able to influence Earth to a sufficiently high degree, which has had to do with the evolution of the galaxy. Now all order will be restored, i.e. man (the individual) must evolve his consciousness toward higher dimensional heights.
In this way, all guiding will be harmonious. Ancient proven solutions are hereby brought to the benefit of the world’s population. The solutions of the multiverse are opened to the population of the earth. This can be about access to free energy, health care, well-being and knowledge and insights into how humans and the universe work multi-dimensionally and multi-structurally.
Other citizens:
The requirement for citizens will be development toward higher qualitative consciousness. There is a moral standard that must be followed. Experience is gained in parallel with the expansion of consciousness. Citizens must in love and harmony be focused on development of higher quality consciousness and gaining of knowledge, and living in harmony with nature and the cosmos.
Today’s conflict-oriented thinking is now being moved to other realities and planets. Conflicts that we see emerging today will not be accepted on planet earth in our reality.
